1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and betjeeli ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the betjeeli website, mobile interface, software, and all associated betting, casino, and gaming services (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing or using betjeeli in any capacity — including browsing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or participating in any promotion — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of betjeeli and close your account if one exists. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with betjeeli's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and betjeeli.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to betjeeli is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. betjeeli is an 18+ only platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any part of the Services.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on betjeeli at any given time. Duplicate or multiple accounts are prohibited.
• Accurate information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. betjeeli may request documentary verification of any detail at any time.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, issued by betjeeli or any affiliated gaming service.

betjeeli operates as an international online betting service. It is the sole responsibility of each player to verify that accessing and using online betting services is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. betjeeli makes no representation that its Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific location. Players in Bangladesh are reminded that they are personally responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws and regulations before using the platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of betjeeli Services, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, and accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth.

3.1 KYC Verification

betjeeli operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible platform management practices. You may be required to submit documentary proof of identity and address at any stage, including but not limited to: a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence; and a utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service (MFS) transaction record dated within the past three months. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of a request being issued may result in temporary restrictions being placed on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal processing.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betjeeli login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. betjeeli strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available at no cost from within the account security settings panel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact betjeeli support immediately via live chat or email. betjeeli will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials or has shared them with a third party.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one betjeeli account. If betjeeli identifies multiple accounts associated with the same player — whether by device fingerprint, payment method, IP address, personal details, or any other indicator — all associated accounts may be suspended and any outstanding bonuses voided. betjeeli's determination in such matters is final.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

betjeeli processes deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. Supported payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. betjeeli reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by betjeeli, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the betjeeli wallet instantly or within a maximum of five minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied by betjeeli on BDT deposits or withdrawals. Currency conversion charges from the player's payment provider are outside betjeeli's control.
• Deposit funding: All deposits must be made from payment accounts or methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party funding of betjeeli accounts is not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal method: Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. betjeeli may request this as part of anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance.
• KYC requirement: betjeeli may require full KYC verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard platform management requirement and is not a punitive measure.
• Pending withdrawals: betjeeli reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours in cases where additional verification is required or where the account is under review.

5. Betting Rules & Wager Policies

All bets placed on betjeeli are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, market, or game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing a wager. General wager policies that apply across all betting markets on betjeeli are set out below.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by betjeeli. betjeeli reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where: the odds or prices were published in error; the bet would result in an exposure beyond the platform's accepted limits; or where betjeeli has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet is related to match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of irregular activity.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market and event type. Current minimum and maximum stake values are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing a wager. betjeeli may adjust these limits at any time and without prior notice.

5.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that betjeeli publishes clearly incorrect odds, prices, or event information due to a technical error or human error, betjeeli reserves the right to void any bets placed on the erroneous markets. Players will be notified of such voidance and any affected stakes will be returned to the player's betjeeli wallet.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events via the betjeeli sportsbook and MT Live section. In-play bets are subject to delays in acceptance as odds are updated in real time. betjeeli uses automated and manual systems to manage in-play market integrity. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined — whether due to internet latency, feed delay, or any other technical factor — may be voided at betjeeli's discretion.

5.5 Cricket Betting

Cricket markets — including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments — are governed by the cricket-specific rules available in the betjeeli Rules section. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or rescheduled, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in the cricket betting rules page. Players are encouraged to review these rules prior to placing cricket wagers.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

betjeeli offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds issued by betjeeli are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳30,000 before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued to betjeeli accounts are subject to an expiry period, which will be stated in the specific offer terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically without further notice.

6.3 Eligible Games and Markets

Not all games or betting markets contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirement completion. The eligible games, contribution percentages, and any excluded markets will be listed in the specific promotion's terms. In general, slots may contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Players should check specific promotion terms before playing to meet wagering requirements.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

betjeeli operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts; making deposits solely to claim a bonus without genuine play intent; exploiting technical errors to claim unintended bonuses; or any coordinated activity with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes. betjeeli reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and suspend accounts involved in bonus abuse.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

betjeeli maintains a secure, fair, and responsible betting environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betjeeli platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, pending balances withheld, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials to fund a betjeeli account.
• Money laundering: Using the betjeeli platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. betjeeli maintains AML monitoring procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one betjeeli account, whether under the same name, different names, or through nominees.
• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets on events where you have access to material non-public information, or where the outcome has been arranged or influenced unlawfully.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, automated programs, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in ways not intended for human users, without prior written authorisation from betjeeli.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share in-game information in live casino games, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating illegitimate chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to betjeeli. Such actions may result in immediate account suspension and legal action to recover owed funds.
• Platform interference: Attempting to hack, exploit vulnerabilities in, or otherwise disrupt the technical operation of the betjeeli platform or its third-party service providers.

betjeeli employs a combination of automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players who identify a suspected vulnerability or security issue on the platform are encouraged to report it to betjeeli support rather than attempting to exploit it.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

betjeeli may suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information;
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or irregular activity;
• Continuing to operate the account would expose betjeeli to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• The player is under 18 years of age or is otherwise ineligible to use the platform.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their betjeeli account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at support@betjeeli. Before closing your account, please ensure that any pending withdrawals have been processed and that you have redeemed any eligible balance. betjeeli will process voluntary closure requests within five business days of receiving a valid request.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from betjeeli for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion directly from within their account settings panel. Self-exclusion options include cooling-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) and permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes takes effect immediately and, in the case of permanent exclusion, cannot be reversed. 8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by betjeeli — any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any amounts owed to betjeeli) will be returned to the player via their last used payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus balances and free bet credits are forfeited upon account closure. betjeeli will retain player data for the period required under applicable record-keeping obligations.

8.4 Disputes and Appeals

If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a formal dispute to betjeeli by contacting the support team at support@betjeeli with full details of your account and the grounds for your appeal. betjeeli will acknowledge dispute submissions within two business days and provide a substantive response within ten business days. betjeeli's decision on account disputes is final and binding unless overturned through applicable legal process.
